Black Panther (Rivals)

Well… look who remembered how to post on here! In all seriousness, it’s good to be theorycrafting again. And yes, I know I said someone from Street Fighter was next, but that build was using pre-2024 rules. So, I’m gonna need some time in revising that. In the meantime, I have this build that I came up with after playing Marvel Rivals. Going forward, I’ll try to streamline these builds so that they fit in one post, either by Tier level or just general information without bogging you down with all the nitty gritty. And since it’s still Black History Month, I’m gonna show a build for a character that I’d like to be good at, but at the moment I am complete trash at: Black Panther. Don’t worry. There are plenty of characters I’d wish I was better at, and am still learning how to play them.

And that’s it! This is how I’d build Black Panther from Marvel Rivals for Dungeons and Dragons. Some things aren’t 100% accurate, but this is as close as I’ve gotten. Using Shatter for the Ultimate is good because you’ll have quite a few casts of it. And although I don’t have the Hit Point buffer part of his Djalia Disc shown, it can kind of be made up for by using the Defensive Field on the turn after you Misty Step as both use a Bonus Action to activate. I do wish it was at least your Artificer level plus your Intelligence modifier in Temporary Hit Points, but we work with what we got!

Until next time, stay safe and have fun!
